Creative Strategy and Development

Having worked with Frasers Property Australia for over 7 years, we were asked to develop a name and creative strategy for their new masterplanned community in Bahrs Scrub.

Located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, the Bahrs Scrub project will span over 10 years and include a range of land, house and land and townhouse product, with a future retail centre. The project is also Frasers Property Australia’s first five star green star community rating development in Queensland.  This isn’t a place where families simply exist. It’s where families thrive. Inspiration for the name was found in the natural environment at Bahrs Scrub. Surrounded by diverse wildlife, beautiful greenery and flowing brooks that appear after rain, it is a truly unique place where convenience meets serene seclusion. The name Brookhaven was born.

The positioning, Where Famillies Thrive, was designed to further enhance this exceptional opportunity as well as portray the complete community that would be on offer. We developed a range of collateral including the brochure, through to eDMs direct mail, video, radio and the Sales Display.
