Eligibility
1. This offer commenced 1 August 2024 and may be withdrawn, changed or removed at any time in the sole discretion of Smartleasing, including by changing the eligibility criteria as set out above at any time.
2. To be eligible to earn 10,000 Qantas Points, Qantas Frequent Flyer Members (‘members’) must do the following:
visit the Smartleasing x Qantas offer landing page (https://www.smartleasing.com.au/promotions/qantas-points) and click the ‘Get Started’ button; and
get an estimate using the Qantas novated leasing calculator and submit your contact details via the ‘Enquire’ button; and
following this online submission of your contact details and linking your Qantas Frequent Flyer details, proceed to order a new vehicle through Smartleasing (‘Vehicle Order’); and
obtain novated lease finance for the vehicle through Smartleasing.
3. Qantas Points will be credited to the member’s Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 60 days from the date of the Vehicle Order.
4. Individuals must be members as at the time of the Vehicle Order.
5. This is an online offer only and is solely available to members who have submitted their contact details as set out above.
6. This offer is not available to members refinancing vehicles which are currently, or have previously been, managed under a Smartleasing, Smartsalary or Autopia novated lease.
7. This offer is only available to members whose employers allow them to finance a car through Smartleasing or Smartsalary.
8. This offer is not available to employees of NSW Department of Health, Queensland Government or Smartgroup.
9. You must register your Qantas Frequent Flyer number and the last name attached to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account once your credit application is approved to earn Qantas Points. You will receive an email from Smartleasing once your credit application is approved requesting your Qantas Frequent Flyer details. In the instance that the Qantas Frequent Flyer number and last name attached to your novated lease does not match the details in your Qantas Frequent Flyer account, you may not be eligible to receive Qantas Points.
10. Unless specifically referred to, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other advertised or promotional offer.
11. Smartleasing reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who it believes has breached any of these terms or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct.
12. This offer is only available to members who reside within Australia at the date of Vehicle Order.
13. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).
14. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Smartleasing (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this offer.
