The following terms and conditions are provided on behalf of XPENG Australia Pty Ltd.
These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") constitute an agreement between XPENG Australia Pty Ltd (referred to as "XPENG Australia" or "we") and individuals who place an XPENG G6 preorder (referred to as "participants" or "you"). By participating in this offer, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
1.1. "XPENG G6" refers to a new, XPENG G6 electric vehicle.
1.2. "Complimentary Charger" refers to the home charger provided to eligible participants under this offer, supplied by EVSE Pty Ltd. The charger has a recommended retail price of $795 (including GST) and Standard Installation is valued at $1070 (including GST).
2. Eligibility
2.1. The "XPENG G6 Pre-order Offer" is open exclusively to residents of Australia.
2.2. To be eligible, participants must
2.2.1. Pre-order a new XPENG G6 via xpeng.com.au before 30 November, 2024
2.2.2. Take delivery of the XPENG G6 within 30 days of XPENG Australia Pty Ltd advising the customer of its availability and allocation to them.
3. Offer Details
3.1. Participants eligible under section 2 will receive a complimentary home charger for their XPENG G6 vehicle. The charger and warranty are supplied by EVSE Pty Ltd. The charger specifications are as follows: Voltage: 230V Frequency: 50Hz Current: 32A Power Output: 7kW
3.2. The complimentary charger includes a 6-metre Type 2 cable hardwired onto the unit. The stand and additional accessories are not included. Standard Installation of the charger is included.
3.3. The charger will be delivered to participants following the delivery of their XPENG G6 vehicle at the scheduled time of installation. If installation is not required, standard postage is included; however, additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or special delivery requests. Participants are responsible for any risks or liabilities associated with delivery.
3.4. The complimentary charger offer is only valid for pre-orders that proceed to purchase and take delivery within 30 days of the dealership confirming availability.
3.5. The complimentary charger and Standard Installation provided under this offer is not transferable, not redeemable for cash or any cash equivalent.
4. General Conditions
4.1. XPENG Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the "XPENG G6 Pre-order Offer" at any time without prior notice.
4.2. Participants acknowledge that XPENG Australia may use their personal information collected in connection with this offer in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be accessed on the XPENG Australia website or requested from True EV Pty Ltd.
4.3. Participants are responsible for ensuring compatibility of the charger with their home electrical system and for any additional costs associated with installation or modifications required.
4.4. Fraudulent or misleading information provided by participants may result in disqualification from the program at the discretion of XPENG Australia.
4.5. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers unless expressly stated by XPENG Australia.
4.6. XPENG Australia does not provide any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, in respect of the Complimentary Charger.
4.7. The Participants release XPENG Australia, their related bodies corporate, officers, agents, and employees from all liabilities, loss, and damage of any kind arising at any time out or for in connection with their participation in the XPENG G6 Pre-order Offer or the acceptance of, and use of the Complimentary Charger.
4.8. XPENG Australia reserves the absolute right and discretion to refuse this offer to any person or party.
4.9. XPENG Australia will stop this offer on 30 November, 2024 but reserves the right to, at its absolute discretion, discontinue this offer at any time.
5. Legal and Compliance
5.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New South Wales Courts.
5.2. By participating in the "XPENG G6 Pre-order Offer", you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not claim this offer.

6. Free Standard Installation Details
6.1. Standard Installation Scope
6.1.1. A freestanding residential home that has easy access to the distribution board and is not a
- Apartment,
- Multi-residential Strata titled property
- Commercial building
6.1.2. XPENG Australia nominated installation service provider
6.1.3. 40 amp RCBO Type A protection device in the existing switchboard;
6.1.4. Up to 15m cable run;
6.1.5. Isolator Switch; and
6.1.6. Charging Station and customer handover.
6.2. Assumptions
6.2.1. Compliant Switchboard;
6.2.1.1. The existing switchboard must be compliant (As per AS/NZS 3000:2018 Electrical Installation Wiring Rules). If the switchboard is found to be non-compliant additional work/upgrades may be required at the customer’s expense.
6.2.2. No Upgrades required;
6.2.2.1. The installation of the EV charger assumes that no additional upgrades or modifications to the switchboard/electrical infrastructure are needed. If upgrades are required, it will be at the customer’s expense.
6.2.3. Business Hours Installation
6.2.4. Surface mounted conduit.
6.2.4.1. The installation assumes that conduit will be surface mounted. If the customer requests alternative mounting solutions (e.g., concealed conduit), additional charges may apply.
6.2.5. Property type
6.2.5.1. If the property is double-storey, there may be additional costs due to increased complexity, extra materials needed, additional labor, and the absence of roof cavity space. The customer will be billed directly for these additional charges.
6.2.5.2. Installing in an apartment, multi-residential, or commercial building can be more complex than in a standard home due to the need for body corporate/landlord approval. Each building is assessed on a case-by-case basis, and the hardware required may vary depending on the specific site requirements. This is not included in a standard fixed-price installation.
6.3. In the event your authorized location exceeds the Standard Installation scope and the cost of actual installation is greater than $1,070.00 (including GST), you may elect to pay the cost of installation above $1,070.00.
